The creative agency Havas has hired Marta Caseny as the new Executive Creative Director for the Barcelona office. Recognized professional in the advertising sector in her more than 15 years in the industry , she has worked in major national and international creative agencies, having received recognition from the sector on multiple occasions . At the 2015 Cannes Lions Festival she was chosen as one of the 12 senior creatives with the most future in the industry within the framework of the See It Be It program . Her work has been awarded at advertising festivals including El Sol, CdeC, Inspirational, FIA, Lovie Awards, Laus, Effi and The One Show. She also has experience as a Jury in international competitions such as the Inspirational Awards Show, Club de Creativos and Sitges Next. Caseny began his professional career working as a journalist for different newspapers.
It was in 2007 when she made the professional leap into the world of advertising. She debuted as an editor at Contrapunto BBDO, and two years later she joined Atlético International. In 2010 she landed Phone Number List in Madrid and continued her advertising career as Creative Director at DOUBLEYOU. In 2013 she moved to Hamburg (Germany) to develop global campaigns from the FCB agency. Three years later she returns to Madrid and continues her career at VCCP. The last two years of her career have been spent as Creative Director at MRM / MCCANN where she has participated in such notable campaigns as Campofrío's latest Christmas campaign. Now she returns to Barcelona, her hometown, to occupy the position of Executive Creative Director at Havas , where she will be responsible for directing the development of creative strategies and campaigns both nationally and internationally for the Havas Barcelona client portfolio.
